Manage notifications

Notifications surface pending approvals, membership changes, and operational events in one stream.

Prerequisites

A workspace membership with access to the notification center is required.

Use notifications

1. Open the notification center and confirm the workspace scope.
2. Inspect the title, message, time, and read state on each row.
3. Use Load more to show older notifications.
4. When the notification view provides an Audit link, open the Audit screen and locate the related event there.

A notification does not grant authority; the role and assignment boundaries on the target screen still apply. For the event record, see review audit logs.

Result

The notification row shows its title, message, time, and read state; more rows can be loaded and the view-level Audit link can be used.
