A support ticket keeps the context of an access or operational problem in one record. Include the resource, time, observed error, and troubleshooting already attempted.

Prerequisites

Workspace access and a membership that can create support tickets are required.

Create a ticket

  1. Create a new ticket from Support.
  2. Choose a category and priority.
  3. Describe the resource, session time, and steps that produced the error.
  4. Add a safe screenshot or relevant record context.
  5. Submit the ticket and keep its number.

Follow

Keep replies on the same ticket; add information to the existing record instead of opening duplicates. The support flow updates the ticket state. See escalate a support ticket for priority versus escalation.

Result

The ticket appears in the support queue with its category and context; replies stay on the same record.
